Paint Event Cancelled: In the rare occasion a Paint & Sip event is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund within 14 days.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or alternative solution.
